Cairo Metro – Line 3 Phase 3

TSO, as part of a consortium, carries out the design, procurement, laying and commissioning of the track and third (power) rail for line 3 phase 3 of the Cairo Metro.

With phase 3, line 3 is extended westwards. It will connect the city centre (Abassia station) to the west bank of the Nile (Giza) by crossing the river at Zamalek Island before splitting into two branches: one extending to the « Rod El Farag corridor » station in the north and the other to Cairo University in the south.

The project also includes the construction of the Imbaba Depot.
