This year, NGE will continue working through its New Generations Endowment Fund to deliver its grassroots commitment by inviting employees to support local and wider social initiatives in conjunction with its education partner E2C Marseille.
Created in 1998, the École de la 2e chance de Marseille is a founding member of the E2C France network, and works to facilitate the employment, civic and social integration of young people who have dropped out of the school system. Every year, E2C Marseille uses its work/study springboard training programme and original teaching methods to help 900 trainees aged between 16 and 25 to achieve long-term integration into mainstream society.
This principle and its associated values resonate with the close attention NGE has always focused on training and learning, making this alliance a natural development.
