NGE BÂTIMENT, the building construction subsidiary of NGE, worked on the project to build and roof the extension to the Carré-Sénart shopping centre in Lieusaint. The company was responsible for all the structural work involved: 170,000m² of floors and tiling, weatherproofing, joinery, glass roofing, wall cladding and around 1 km of glass balustrading.

Challenges
ChalleNGE : A 170,000 m2 extension to be completed in just 30 months with a very tight schedule to ensure continuous opening of this shopping centre, which attracts 18 million visitors per year.
