NGE subsidiary companies were responsible for several contract work packages of the Avignon Tramway project, including ‘system and tracks’, ‘overhead contact and power lines’ and ‘worksite area clearance’.

Challenges
For the first time in France, the teams have installed prefabricated concrete track modules called ladder track; a process that demanded flexibility from all Group contributors to this project. Installing the track in this way was possible only thanks to the latitude of operational opportunities provided by the multi-expertise model.
