Description

Reporting directly to the General Manager of the Egyptian subsidiary and functionally to the Group International HR Director, the HR Manager is responsible for managing all operational HR activities and ensuring the alignment of local practices with group policies and standards.
This is a hands-on, operational HR position, requiring strong field presence, responsiveness, and an ability to balance both local and international HR requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a trusted HR partner to the management team, supporting day-to-day business operations.
- Manage all HR processes locally: recruitment, onboarding, contracts, payroll coordination, training, and employee relations.
- Ensure compliance with Egyptian labor law and group HR policies.
- Support the implementation of group-wide HR initiatives (performance management, compensation reviews, HRIS tools, training, etc.).
- Manage and monitor expatriate and local employee administrative processes (work permits, social insurance, medical coverage, etc.).
- Provide accurate HR reporting and key indicators to both local management and the Group HR Department.

Required profile

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 5 to 8 years of experience in HR management, ideally within an international or construction environment.
Strong knowledge of Egyptian labor law and local administrative procedures.
Proven operational HR skills with the ability to work autonomously.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Fluent in English; French is a plus.
