CHANGES IN GOVERNANCE
Appointment of a Chief Executive Officer and stronger senior management team to support extremely dynamic growth in the regions of France, major projects, international markets and funded projects.
As part of supporting its dynamic growth (the strongest growth of any construction industry company at 60% over the last 4 years), building even closer relationships with the regions, and promoting synergies between all its areas of expertise (French and international major projects, regions and national specialist subsidiaries), the governance structure of NGE will change on 1 January 2020.
Appointments announced on 1 January 2020
The new NGE governance structure will be built around a compact executive management team with an average age of 50. Its members will be the Chief Executive Officer (Jean Bernadet), two Deputy Chief Executive Officers (Orso Vesperini and Stéphane Pérez) and two Executive Vice Presidents (Jean-Sébastien Leoni and Laurent Amar), who will together provide management and guidance for the NGE Group. It is integral to a 12-member Executive Committee.
